Courses & Talks
Are you interested in learning how to design your own outdoor space, or are you considering a career in horticulture or garden design yourself? Are you part of a group that would like to learn more about garden and planting design? Yvette has over 16 years’ experience in teaching Garden Design and Horticulture, currently working with Nottingham Trent University and the British Academy of Garden Design on a range of courses. With short courses, certificate courses, diplomas, and professional diplomas to choose from, there really is something for everyone. Rutland Flower Show 20th - 22nd August Rutland Showground Oakham, LE15 7TW
The Rutland Flower Show will be back at Rutland Showground 20th-22nd August 2027 to celebrate the very best of Rutland’s horticulture, creativity, and community. Enjoy floral displays, innovative gardens, celebrity talks, a local marketplace of artisan crafts, gardening workshops, plant sales, family entertainment, and local food vendors.
You can even get involved yourself with a variety of exciting competitions. Whether you're passionate about growing your own plants, floral art, floristry, baking, crafting, or artwork, these contests offer the perfect platform to showcase your talents. Show Clinic & Talks
